India's largest cellular operator, Bharti Airtel, has awarded a three-year multimillion dollar contract to Nokia Siemens Network (NSN) to deploy a single Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform across its network. The contract also includes designing, planning, systems integration and optimisation services to enhance overall customer experience. Nokia Siemens Networks, in a statement, said that it would deploy and integrate the latest state-of-the-art platforms to provide a multi-technology, multi-vendor integrated solution that includes systems integration services.
