SUPREME COURT ALLOWS TVS TO SELL TVS FLAME
The Supreme Court has allowed the sale of TVS Motor Company’s twin spark plug TVS-Flame. The apex court allowed TVS to deal with twin spark plug, while passing orders on September 16, in the patent dispute between Bajaj Auto Limited and TVS Motor Company Limited, a company release here said.
‘TVS will take steps to obtain all necessary certifications required under law such as under the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, before commencing the sales of twin spark plug TVS-Flame’, the release said.
