ISGN TECHNOLOGIES ACQUIRES INUVA
ISGN Technologies, a technology firm focussing on the US mortgage industry, has acquired Kolkatta based Inuva for an undisclosed amount. Inuva is a provider of information processing, business process outsourcing, and application software consulting to the mortgage banking and real estate finance industry, ISGN said in a statement. The acquisition would help ISGN to expand its service offering. Inuva, which employs 300 people, offers KPO services, such as loan production and post-closing, title closing and settlement, mortgage servicing, and secondary market services. Inuva has delivery centers in Bangalore, Delhi, and Miami, Florida, in the US.
