HCL IN MULTI-MILLION-$ DEAL WITH HERCULES

HCL Technologies has entered into a multi-million-dollar, multiyear contract with Hercules Inc, a leading manufacturer and marketer of specialty chemicals, to provide end-to-end IT infrastructure management services. HCL has completed the first phase of transitioning certain IT operations and is currently managing the majority of live operations of Hercules' IT infrastructure in the US. The transition of additional infrastructure support in Europe will be completed within the next month. Following the transition period, the collaborative co-sourcing arrangement would comprise about 60% offshore and 40% on-site work distribution.
