GLENMARK GETS USFDA NOD TO MKT ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUG
Drug maker Glenmark Generics has said that it has received United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) approval for marketing and distribution of Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream, used in the treatment of inflammatory diseases. Betamethasone is used in the treatment of inflammatory diseases and is the generic therapeutic equivalent of Diprolene cream marketed by Schering. The medicine would be manufactured at Glenmark's FDAapproved factory in Baddi, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
