DLF BAGS 25-ACRE DEAL IN HYDERABAD FOR RS 452 CRORE
REAL estate major DLF has bagged a 25-acre deal in Hyderabad from the Andhra Pradesh government for Rs 452 crore. The land has been sold to DLF for an IT-park. However, the company is also keeping other options open and may convert the project into an IT special economic zone (SEZ) as well. The company will incur an investment of Rs 1,300 crore in the project. This deal will give DLF its second significant project in Hyderabad. The company is already developing a 4.5 million sq ft IT-park in the city, spread over 25 acres. The company is now also scouting for private land acquisitions in the city for its stand-alone residential and commercial projects.
