ALLEGIS GROUP COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF TVA INFOTECH
ALLEGIS Group, a $6 billion privately-held HR services company, has completed the acquisition of TVA Infotech, a Bangalore-headquartered IT recruitment firm. Following the acquisition by the US-based company, TVA will now be called TVA Allegis and continue to be a permanent hiring company. It will also be expanding operations in Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai in the next three months. The value of the deal was not revealed. “This acquisition significantly strengthens our capabilities in India in the human capital market space and will enhance our recruiting capabilities and expands our global print,” Allegis India MD Pravin Tatavarti said.
