AUROBINDO DRUG GETS FDA NOD

Drug-maker Aurobindo Pharma has said that it has received tentative approval from the US drug regulator for antidepressant tablets Escitalopram Oxalate. The company said it got tentative approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for the tablets. Escitalopram Oxalate tablets are the generic version of Forest Laboratories’ Lexapro used in treating patients suffering from depression and mood disorders, it added.
