TATA CAPITAL TIES UP WITH MIZUHO SECURITIES ARM

Tata Capital has announced that it has formed a partnership with Tokyo based Mizuho Financial Group’s securities arm to offer financial services such as investment banking, private equity and wealth management. Both the parties signed a preliminary agreement, Tata Capital said in a media statement, adding that it will explore possibilities of drawing upon Mizuho’s research for its private equity business. The agreement will see Tata Capital and Mizuho reinforcing the Indo-Japanese financial corridor, the statement added, without providing details on the size of investments the companies plan.
