BCCL PICKS UP STAKE IN MINDLOGICX INFOTECH

Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd (BCCL), the publisher of The Economic Times and The Times of India, has acquired a stake in Mindlogicx Infotech, a Bangalore-based software product development and services company. Speaking on the tie-up Mindlogicx CEO Suresh Elangovan said, "We are excited about this tie-up with BCCL as Mindlogicx shares the vision of creating future leaders by empowering the Indian youth with knowledge." Moreover, the company is also looking for an inorganic growth in the next two to three years, he added. Mindlogicx provides end-to-end solutions in knowledge process outsourcing, virtual learning, online knowledge & skills assessment, business intelligence and IT consulting. It has developed products and rolled out services catering to the niche market segments of e-governance, tele-education delivery system and real-time online knowledge & skills assessment system.
